About Gibbo's Ringside Bistro

Gibbo’s Ringside Bistro is a family owned Bistro located in the North Hull / Orchard Park area of Hull. Our Bistro is positioned at the front of the building, which is also the home to the City of Hull Pro/Am Boxing Gym. Both were founded by Gibbo’s owner Mike Gibbons back in 2008, hence the name “Gibbo’s Ringside Bistro” as it literally is!

The hugely popular Bistro is proud to source only the finest ingredients from local suppliers. Although price is a factor when buying stock, the quality is much more important so therefore it isn’t the cheapest stock precured to make up your order, as fine quality takes priority over price. We use only the finest super trim back bacon, succulent Cumberland or Lincolnshire Sausage, the very best free range eggs and locally grown mushrooms. Our quality checks are exhausting, promising you the very best breakfast available at an affordable price.

Gibbo’s was opened in June 2018 by Gibbo senior (Mike) and still, to this day, his family and close friends work in the Bistro. To ensure pride is given in every order, however small or large, when you speak to anyone at the Bistro it will be a member of the Gibbo family that will be serving you.
